CEN Workshop 2025
The next Copenhagen Education Network workshop will be organized by UDDanKvant and held at Department of Economics at Copenhagen University, Wednesday September 24, 2025.
The workshop will run from noon (including lunch) to around 17:30, followed by dinner.
Keynote speaker
Chris Neilson is a Professor of Economics and Global Affairs at Yale University and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. His research focuses on the economics of education, with particular interest in how school choice and information interventions affect student outcomes and inequality. He combines structural modeling with large-scale data collection from admission systems, surveys and field experiments to study education systems in both developed and developing countries. Neilson has advised governments and institutions around the world on the design of education policies and is recognized for his innovative use of data and technology in the public sector.
