Application and Admission

 

 

Application is open 3 times a year:

  • Spring semester - Study start 1 February:
    • Application opens 1 November.  Deadline 1 December.
       
      • Summer Schools:
        • Application opens 1 April. Deadline 1 June. 

      • Autumn semester - study start 1 September:
        • Application opens 1 May. Deadline 1 June.

      Places are allocated on a prioritized first come first serve basis.

       

       

       

      You apply online. Your application must contain:

      • Application form (the application link is only active during the application period)
      • Academic transcripts
      • Copy of stay permit - for non EU/EEA citizens
      • Application for an exemption in case you do not meet the admission requirements

      You can only get a refund if you cancel the course before the semester begins.

      You cancel by sending an email to openuniversity@samf.ku.dk within the below deadlines.

      Deadlines for cancellation and refund:

      • Autumn semester 1 September
      • Summer Schools: 1 July
